KUTZTOWN, PA - Dr. George Hale, Department of Political Science, is quoted in the New Jersey Herald's story on Pennsylvania's status as a battleground state in the upcoming presidential election. The story focuses on Pike County in Northeastern Pennsylvania, one of the fastest-growing counties in the state.
