KUTZTOWN, Pa. - A $7.3 million renovation to Kutztown University's Lehigh Hall has been completed. The university will host an open house for students, faculty and staff on Wednesday, May 8 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Built in 1962, the residence hall houses 209 students. The complete renovation of the building included the addition of an elevator, removal of built in furniture, improved lighting and the replacement of all utilities. The renovated facility will provide more comfortable living for today's student.

Lehigh, Berks and Schuylkill Halls were dedicated by Kutztown State College president Italo deFrancesco on May 25, 1963. Students will re-occupy the building in the fall.
