GO BACK IN TIME AT THE KU MEDIEVAL RENAISSANCE FAIRE

May 9, 2013

KUTZTOWN, Pa. - The Kutztown University Medieval Renaissance Club (KUMRC) will host its 29th annual spring renaissance faire on Saturday, May 11 and Sunday, May 12 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The faire will take place on the lawn between Berks Hall and Deatrick Hall, more commonly known as the DMZ.

This year's event will feature leather workers, amateur jewelers, and the return of Daniel Greenwolf: entertainer, fire-eater, and bardic magician.

Greenwolf is an award-winning magician, writer, and creator who has been featured in two independent film documentaries, titled Magic Camp and Renaissance Faire: One Year of Building the Past. His shows blend theatric storytelling, thrilling danger, interactive comedy, and visual magic to ensure an exciting experience for his audience. He has performed on the History Channel and the A&E Network.

The faire is free and open to everyone. For further information, visit KUMRC's website www.kumrc.weebly.com, or contact them at KUMRC@kutztown.edu.
