KUTZTOWN, PA - Kutztown University's Astronomy Professor Peter Detterline says that the human race could absolutely survive on Mars, as it has a number of the same things we have here on Earth. It is also believed that a privately financed Dutch company will establish a settlement on Mars by 2023.

"Mars is an amazing world and it's our future."
