Kutztown University Set to Welcome Class of 2017

KUTZTOWN, Pa. - Kutztown University will welcome the Class of 2017 to campus on Saturday, August 24. Approximately 1,900 freshmen will move in to the residence halls. They'll be assisted by student, faculty and staff volunteers.
The freshman class comes from 14 states with the majority coming from Pennsylvania. New Jersey, New York, Maryland and Delaware round out the top five states.
Freshman Convocation will be held Sunday, August 25 at 3:30 p.m. in Keystone Arena. New students will be officially welcomed by Dr. Javier Cevallos, university president, as well as by representatives of the faculty, student body and alumni.
Classes begin Monday, August 26.
