April 3, 2012
KUTZTOWN, PA - Kutztown University hosts Pet Therapy Day from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in McFarland Student Union Building (MSU) lawn on Tuesday, May 8 to help KU students relieve the pressure of final exams.
The visit from What-Knott Farm will include therapy dogs, ducks, sheep, lambs, goats, rabbits, chickens, a large tortoise, a calf, a lizard, a turkey and a miniature horse.
"Spending time with pets is a great way to relax, unwind and get a break from finals," said KU organizer, Colleen Boland, a graduate assistant with KU's Office of Student Involvement.
