Kutztown Men's Rugby took on #4 Davenport University Saturday and captured a 45-15 win in the battle between two nationally ranked teams.  KU is currently ranked #5 in the nation by USA Rugby.  With the win the Golden Bears look to move up in the rankings this week.  Kutztown heads to State College Saturday at 2 p.m. to face the Nittany Lions of Penn State who are currently ranked 6th in the nation. Nationally-known diversity educator Jessica Pettitt will hold an interactive workshop Oct. 16 at 3 p.m. in room 218 MSU. Pettitt holds a master's degree in higher education administration from the University of South Carolina.  She has worked in social justice and multicultural positions for the University of Arizona, Arizona State University and New York University.  Pettitt has been nominated for two years by Campus Activities Magazine for "Best Diversity Artist."  Her programs are direct, customized, and highly interactive. Save the Date - Friday, Mar. 7, 2014 be will the 4th Annual Commission on Human Diversity, 1-Day Conference.  The theme this year is: PRIDE and PREJUDICE: GLBTQA Issues Today.   This will be an all-day on-campus conference open to students, faculty, staff, and the public.  It will feature opening key-note speaker, Rep. Brian Sims and the PA Diversity Network Photo Project and various workshops throughout day.  Please save the date! Faculty, we would love to be part of your curriculum for the Spring Semester!
