Flexible Spending Account (FSA) open enrollment period for the 2014 plan year is Nov. 4 - Nov. 15, 2013.  The FSA plan allows you to set aside money on a pre-tax basis for qualified medical and dependent care out-of-pocket expenses.  WageWorks is the third-party administrator of this program, and they provide various tools to help you access and manage your funds, including a debit card, online claims submission, account management, and a smart phone application.

Enrollment in the FSA can be completed via Employee Self Service (ESS).  The FSA Enrollment guide and ESS enrollment instructions can be found on the H.R. website under Featured News Items. Please note, prior year FSA elections do not carry-forward to the next plan year.  Therefore, if you are currently an FSA plan participant, and you wish to participate again in 2014, you must re-enroll.

Campus wellness programs are posted on the H.R. Website.  For those participating in the Healthy U Wellness program, points can be earned toward fulfillment of requirements.
