On Wednesday, April 30, KU students in SPT325 Sport Consumerism presented their research findings to Reading Fightin' Phils. Dr. Kim and his students have been conducting research on the Fightin' Phils fans' behavior and psychology to help the minor league baseball team develop effective marketing strategies for increasing ticket sales.

AFSCME 2234 members please join us for our next Union meeting on Monday, May 19, 2014 at Janelle's Catering Hall in Topton, PA at 7:00 pm.  We will be taking nominations for people interested in attending the International Convention (July 14-18, 2014). We will be doing some generator testing in two weeks which will involve switching normal power over to emergency power and should last between 1 and 1 ½ hours.  If you have any questions, please contact Thomas James, High Voltage Electrical Foreman at x3-1578. Following is the schedule:

Kutztown University will play host to the NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional Baseball Championships May 15-18. All games will be played at Owls Field in West Lawn, Pa.  The schedule for the first day is:

Game 2:          (#2) Shepherd vs. (#5) Winston-Salem State - 12 p.m.
Game 1:          (#1) Millersville vs. (#6) Kutztown - 3:30 p.m.
Game 3:          (#3) Seton Hill vs. (#4) Mercyhurst - 7 p.m.
