ANNOUNCEMENTS

The Jan. 30 meeting of the Council of Trustees of Kutztown University of Pa. has been moved to Friday, Feb. 7 at 4 p.m. in room 301 of the Stratton Administration Building. 

  


 

Extended hours

The Bursar Office will have extended hours until 5:30 p.m. the first two weeks of school, excluding holidays and Fridays.

 

The KU Card Office will have extended hours until 5:30 p.m. the first week of school only, excluding holidays and Fridays.

 

We hope these extended hours help to meet the needs of our students and campus community.  Have a terrific Spring 2014 semester!

Aramark Catering, along with Tammy Moyer and Barb Rahn from  Purchasing, will have an information session regarding  ordering from CaterTrax; January 16 at 9 a.m. in MSU 183 Alumni Auditorium.  This will help you with important tips on ordering directly through CaterTrax as well as entering purchase requisitions into SAP through the ESS portal.  If you use catering or there is a possibility that you might use catering, in the future your attendance to this information session is highly recommended.

Aramark is looking for an approximate head count however, please feel free to attend even if you do not respond to catering@kutztown.edu.
