THANK YOU to all the staff and faculty that collected coupon inserts, donated breakfast snacks, and other support for Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service. We had almost 100 students and a handful of faculty & staff that participated in seven different service projects at non-profit community organizations throughout Berks County. At this time we do not need any more coupon inserts. These coupons are good for only 6 months after the expiration date and our next Day of Service that we will need coupons will be Labor Day. So we will start collecting coupon inserts again in July. We are however still collecting breakfast bars, granola bars, other snacks, and water for our students going on the Alternative Spring Break trips. So feel free to buy an extra box of snacks or case of water next time you are at the grocery store and bring to the Community Outreach Center, MSU 281 and mark it for "ASB".

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions has enhanced its phone tree greetings. To improve customer service, we have removed the various levels of prompts and have recorded new language to include a new main greeting and two hold messages providing the opportunity for the caller to be connected to the university operator or to leave a message.
I would like to thank Charlie Moody and Frontier Communications for their assistance in this enhancement.
