The John P. Schellenberg Award for Excellence in Teaching and Learning was presented

to Dr. Heather Fountain, associate professor of Art Education and Crafts, on Monday. 

The award was present by Dr. John White.  Congratulations to Dr. Fountain on her excellent work.

Bookstore Customer Appreciation Event - We love our customers, and to show our gratitude, we are hosting our 2nd annual customer appreciation day on Thursday, Feb. 27.  Apparel and gift will be 40% off all day, both in-store and at  Our Mardi Gras themed event will include giveaways, raffles, a Pepsi-sponsored photo booth (10am-2pm), $1 Rita's (10am-4pm), and free beads for every customer, while supplies last.  We hope to see you there! Attention German speakers - All speakers of German are invited to participate in today's DefConDare event with the Language Resource Center at 3 p.m. in DF 109.  DefConDare is a wordsmithing game inspired by the well-known game "Balderdash" and created by the LRC with the help of MLS faculty and students.  The game tests participants' ability to bluff their opponents by challenging them to select the correct definition among the fake definitions created by other participants.  Come out and have some fun!

Dr. William Dempsey, College of Business Dean and Dr. Duane Crider, Faculty Coordinator for the Entrepreneurial Leadership Center cordially invite you to attend Entrepreneurship Day on Thursday, March 6,  11 a.m. - 12 p.m. in MSU 218. This event will expose students and faculty to successful entrepreneurs and support services in the area, spread awareness of the Entrepreneurial Leadership Center and create support and awareness for the Business Idea Competition and classes. MyKU Goes Mobile - We are pleased to announce MyKU Mobile.  MyKU Mobile is a quick way to view important MyKU information such as classes, holds, financial information and announcements.  Note that MyKU Mobile does not replace MyKU.  Students will need to continue to use MyKU to pay invoices, register for classes and view advisement notes.


To login to MyKU mobile, open a browser on your phone and type in  MyKU Mobile works with most mobile devices, including iPhone and Android. Use the same username and password that you use to access MyKU.  Any issues, please contact the IT Help Center x3-1511 or ResNet Help Desk x3-1310.
