101 instructional videos to be lost - The library's streaming video service, Films on Demand, offers nearly sixteen thousand top-quality documentaries, interviews, lectures, and performances, many with searchable transcripts. This venerable Netflix for nerdsTM has titles that support every discipline on campus, and it's free to all in the KU community. More than 100 PBS videos are being eliminated from the collection throughout 2014. We have prepared a page that details the schedule and helps identify alternatives in case you are using any of the titles with your students.

Visit for your last chance to see some excellent films. It'll make for a cheap date-and a thought-provoking one, at that-next time you're snowed in.
