Time and Place to Report

Students are to report to Keystone Hall at their designated academic college robing area on the day of commencement no later than one hour before the start of the ceremony.

College Business and College of Education

Report no later than 8 a.m. for the 9 a.m. commencement ceremony. Please view the Student Robing Map to locate your college robing area.

College of Liberal Arts & Sciences and College of Visual & Performing Arts

Report no later than 1 p.m. for the 2 p.m. commencement ceremony. Please view the Student Robing Map to locate your college robing area.

Once you have robed, you must sign in with the Dean of your college and pick up your index card, which includes your name, designated academic college, and honors, if earned.  If you wish to sit beside a friend who is receiving a degree in your discipline, you must line up in front or in back of that person, not beside him/her. Once the line begins to move, candidates will not be permitted to switch places in the line.
