Kutztown University welcomes guests to the O'Pake Fieldhouse for two commencement ceremonies on Saturday, May 18, 2013:
9:00 a.m. College of Business and College of Education
2:00 p.m. College of Liberal Arts & Sciences and College of Visual & Performing Arts
All guests require a ticket to attend the ceremony. Due to the large number of guests attending, it is recommended that guests arrive early to allow sufficient time to seat all guests prior to the start of the ceremony.
Guests are to remain seated throughout the entire ceremony and are not to stand on their seats to take pictures during the ceremony. This is expected of graduates, as well. There will be ample opportunities for picture-taking, presenting flowers, and other activities immediately following the ceremony. A professional photographer from Legacy Photographics will take pictures of graduates as they receive their diplomas from from President Cevallos and with their diplomas as they exit the stage.
It is suggested that graduates plan in advance where to meet family and friends outside the O'Pake Fieldhouse once the ceremony has ended.
