Before submitting an application, please review the application process for crucial information about applying to Kutztown.

Online applications can be found at the following links:

Undergraduate Application - Students who have not earned a bachelor's degree and are currently in high school or transferring from another institution or students who are seeking a second bachelor's degree. You can also download and print out a PDF of the application or  request a paper application.

Graduate Application - Students who have already earned a Bachelor's degree and want to enroll in a Master's degree program. This application can be found on the Graduate Admissions website.

Already applied but need to change information?
If you have already applied and you would like to update your personal information or change your major before enrolling, please contact the Admissions Office by email or by phone. Do not submit a new application.

Recommended Application Deadlines

Undergraduate Students

Rolling admissions, transfer students are encouraged to apply by June 1 for fall.

Fire safety and fire statistics

The annual safety and security report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on-campus, in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Kutztown University, and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus. These reports also include institutional policies concerning campus security and fire safety awareness, inclusive of policies concerning sexual assault.
