Example: With this format, courses on any combination of M, W, & F starting at or within the time frame 8:00 - 8:50 AM, would have the final exam on Friday, May 17 from 8:00 - 10:00 AM.
Examples: MWF 8:00-9:50 AM, MW 8:30-9:50 AM, and W 8:00-11:00 AM.
EVENING COURSES, COURSES BEGINNING AT 5:00 P.M. OR LATER, and COURSES TAUGHT AT OTHER OFF-CAMPUS SITES
All evening courses have their final examination or alternate method of evaluation during final examination week. The final examination or alternate method of evaluation is given in the same room and begins at the same time the course meets during the semester. All final examinations are two (2) hours in duration. The following schedule applies to evening course examinations:
POSTPONED EXAMINATIONS
If final examination and alternate methods have to be postponed by the administration, those examinations will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.; 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
FOR EXAMPLE: If the postponed examination was to be held at 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, it would be held at 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2013. If the Administration has to postpone or change the time for finals or alternate methods, the announcements will be made over Kutztown University radio and local radio stations, as well as announced in dormitories.
