Annual Events and Programs
The Office of Student Involvement coordinates programming that happens annually, as well as supports the university's student programming board.
Association of Campus Events (ACE)
At Kutztown University, the Association of Campus Events is a fully student-run and funded campus organization that consists of eight independently functioning committees and an elected executive board. The individual committees are chaired by elected coordinators who oversee the committees' work. Members of the organization receive support from an elected executive board, an advisor, the Office of Student Involvement and Kutztown University Student Services Inc.
Bears At Night
The Office of Student Involvement coordinates student funded programing that takes place on Friday evenings. These events include open mic, board game nights, video game tournaments, murder mystery dinners, remote control car derby events, free haircuts, bingo and much, much more.

Welcome Week
Welcome Week at Kutztown University is a fun-filled week of events that will help you find your way around campus, learn what KU has to offer you, and provide you with many opportunities to meet and bond with your fellow freshman classmates. These festivities and events take place in the fall semester during the first week of classes. All events are advertised on KUnited.
Remembrance Day
Remembrance Day is an annual event that takes place in the month of September. This brief ceremony celebrates the lives of those members of our community who have passed away. This event is advertised on campus and details can also be found on KUnited.
Constitution Day
Constitution Day is an annual celebration that commemorates the formation and signing of the U.S. Constitution by thirty-nine brave men on Sept. 17, 1787, recognizing all who, either born in the U.S. or by naturalization, have become citizens. This event is celebrated on or around Sept. 17 each year.
Homecoming
Homecoming Events celebrate KU students, University Alumni and engage one and all in a sense of great pride in our community!
Student events include Wednesday's KU Cares Afternoon of Service, Thursday's pep rally and Friday's sporting events and a fun-filled evening event. The week ends with a big bang on Saturday featuring FanFest on the DMZ, a KU football game and the crowning of the Homecoming King and Queen!

Summer Programming
During each of the Summer Sessions, there is a program provided for the students taking classes. These events typically include music, activities and food. In the past we have hosted field games. an ice cream truck, Rita's Ice, BBQ Picnic, Mexican Fiesta Lunch. This program is funded by the Student Activity Fee through Student Government Board and coordinated by Office of Student Involvement.
