Right to Know
Requests for public records from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania of the State System of Higher Education under the Right-to-Know Law, as amended, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101 et seq., are subject to the guidelines of the Right to Know Policy (PDF).

Requests for information under the Right-to-Know Law must be submitted in writing to the designated Open Records Officer. A Right-to-Know Request Form has been developed to assist the public in making a request.
The law also established an Office of Open Records. The mission of the Office of Open Records is to enforce the new Right-to-Know law and to serve as a resource to citizens, public officials and members of the media. This office will also review appeals for record requests that were denied by the University.
