KU Card Office Services

The KU Card Office is the place for the KU ID and Bear Bucks, but that's not all we do.

Passport and visa photos

While we can't process actual passport applications, we can take the photos for you. The cost is $8 for 6 2x2 photos, or $12 for 12 photos, and we ask that you pay in advance. Once the photos are taken, it takes about half an hour to process and print the photos, so we recommend that you relax and grab a cup of coffee next door while you wait.

If you have special needs for your passport-style photo, apart from the standard US passport photo guidelines, please be sure to share them with us before we start taking photos.

Faculty/staff and community shuttle passes

There is a fee for shuttle bus access. Students have it included in their tuition bill, but faculty/staff and community riders must pay it separately and use a separate pass to ride the bus. Those passes are for sale in the KU Card Office. Community shuttle passes are also sold by the Borough of Kutztown.

Custom cards and badges

Got a group of kids coming to campus and want to make it memorable? Design a custom card that they can use to remember their visit. Costs are available upon request.
