The KU Mail Center is also now accepting Bear Bucks. You can purchase books of stamps and postage stamps for letters and packages. Bear Bucks is not accepted for special services such as certified, insured, or express mail.
Kutztown University Bursar's office has announced that they can now accept credit/debit cards that show the logo!
That's right, you can now pay for Bear Bucks online using your VISA card! When you log onto myKU and purchase Bear Bucks for your student, you may now use VISA.
Please visit the Bursar's office webpage for more details.
The KU Card Office has just been approved to reduce the amount of the startup fee for new off-campus merchants to join the Bear Bucks program.
The fee is now $100 instead of $250.

The deposit system has moved into myKU. Here's how to use it:
- Log into myKU using your network ID and password.
- In Student Center, scroll down to the Finances section and from the drop down menu, select "Purchase Items."
- Enter your deposit amount (any whole dollar amount) for Bear Bucks.
- Proceed through the checkout process.
myKU now allows you to view your Bear Bucks balance, transaction history and suspend your card. Just log into your myKU account and then click on the "KU Card" section on the menu. Unfortunately, we still have no way for faculty/staff to make credit/debit deposits.
Remember - you can now deposit bear bucks in our office with cash and checks, or online is easy as 1-2-3.
