    Eating for HealthThis is a special video presentation of one of the nation's most successful, premier weight-loss dietitians, offering employees both personal and professional advice about losing weight and keeping it off. .  New!

    For those who participate in other forms of exercise, this log can be used to keep track of your activities.
    Examples of activities are: running, yoga, swimming, tennis, bodybuilding, and aerobic dance.

      1. What the program is all about? You need to log 85 workout-sessions in order to obtain the points

      This is an eight-week self-directed program designed to help individuals maintain their weight during the holiday season, and to avoid the cumulative effects of gradual weight gain.

      This is an eight week, self-directed walking program designed to help you improve your level of fitness through walking/running.
      This program is designed for those walking at home and their partners and does not replace the
      “Walk and Talk”. 

    • SFH300-Strides for Health (Registration Deadline: 02/28/14)
      • Points you can earn: 25

        Progress is tracked by miles walked in and around the campus.
