For New First Year and Transfer Students

Fall 2014/Spring 2015 New Student Information

Please use Myhousing to apply for Fall 2014/Spring 2015 on-campus housing Feb. 3, 2014 - May 1, 2014. The application process requires that you accept the terms of the Housing License for the full academic year of Fall 2014/Spring 2015 and successfully complete a non-refundable $75 application fee payment.  You can view a copy of the Housing License prior to participating in the online application.  Please note that commitment to this license agreement is for the full academic year, both Fall and Spring semesters.  Payment option details are located in our Apply Online Instructions.  Students that are not 18 years of age at the time of completing the $75 payment must complete and submit Housing License Agreement Signature form for under 18 students by August 1st.

State Law requires that students must have either a meningitis shot record or a completed online waiver prior to being allowed to check into an on-campus assignment.  Please use the Myhealth Link to complete your meningitis waiver.  You must have a completed meningitis shot record or online waiver before we can check you into your assignment.  So that you do no delay your check-in process, please complete as soon as possible.  If you have any health record questions please contact Health & Wellness Services.

Students with special needs who will be residing in the residence halls MUST contact the Disability Services office at (610) 683-4108 by June 1st for fall admission or  in order to accommodate your request due to a disability.

Students may submit/confirm an Online Roommate Request starting May 12th; check back in April for instructions on this process.    Students that will be residing in one of the living-learning communities (HonorsScience Living Community, Biology floor or ENGAGE) may not be able to submit a roommate request due to placement with other students within their particular living-learning community. 

 First Year student assignments will be completed by July 8th for students that have completed the $75 housing fee payment by May 1st.  You will be able to view your assignment in Myhousing by clicking on Housing/Dining login.

 Saturday, August 23, 2014 new students check into their on-campus assignment.  You will receive a mailing with parking instructions, map and your designated check-in time from Public Safety in early August.

Spring 2014 New Student Information

Please use Myhousing to apply for Spring 2014 on-campus housing Jan.  6, 2014 - Jan. 24, 2014. The application process requires that you accept the terms of the Housing License for the  Spring 2014 and successfully complete a non-refundable $75 application fee payment.  You can view a copy of the Spring 2014 Housing License agreement prior to participating in the online process.  Please note that commitment to this license agreement is for the Spring 2014 semester only.  Payment option details are located in our Apply Online Instructions.

Sunday, January 19, 2014 students check into their on-campus assignment after 1:00 p.m.
