Kutztown University on-campus housing provides many living options for residents, including traditional, suite-style and apartment-style living. Please take a look at the eligibility requirements below to help you prepare.
On-campus housing for Fall 2016/Spring 2017 is guaranteed to incoming freshmen and transfer students who have completed both the Admissions and Housing eligibility requirements by May 1, 2016. For more information see New Student Information below.
To be eligible to apply for on-campus housing a student must be:
- Officially accepted through the Admissions Office
- Have a $200 Advanced Registration Deposit on file
- Indicate intent to live on-campus on the Admissions application

To be eligible for an on-campus housing assignment:
- Successfully complete the housing license fee payment and acceptance of the Housing License agreement by May 1, 2016 if entering for the Fall 2016/Spring 2017 academic year.
- Successfully complete the housing license free payment and acceptance of the Housing License agreement by January 20, 2017 for a Spring 2017 assignment on-campus.

|Fall 2016/Spring 2017 New Student Information|
Eligible students can complete the Housing License Agreement online for a Fall 2016/Spring 2017 on-campus housing assignment starting January 25, 2016.
Students that are not 18 years of age at the time of completing the Housing License Agreement must complete the Under 18 Signature Form and submit by August 1st.
Pennsylvania Law requires universities that offer campus housing to maintain a file on resident students and their meningitis vaccine status. This information must be on file before a student can check into his/her room assignment. Students will be sent an email from Health & Wellness Services with instructions as to when and how they can complete the electronic form, Options for Meningitis Compliance, and indicate a vaccine date or complete a waiver. Information about how minor students (those not 18 years of age at the time of campus residence) can meet this requirement also will be included. Information links for this is being updated, please check back later.
TRANSFER Students that would like consideration to reside in suite-style, apartment-style or traditional housing, please send an email to email@example.com.
|Spring 2017 New Student Information|
Students that will be starting at KU for the Spring 2017 semester will be able to apply online for on-campus housing from January 4 - January 20, 2017. More information will be available later.
|Fall 2016/Spring 2017 Current Student Information|
The apply online process for FALL 2016 is available at MyHousing. A non-refundable $75 housing fee is due at the time you apply. Returning students may still apply for on-campus housing and will be assigned based on space availability. Please click on the link below to apply for on-campus housing.
Room selection for Fall 2016 returning students is completed. If you are a returning student with a recently completed $75 housing fee, and you would like to be considered for a particular type of assignment please contact (610)683-4027 during business hours or email firstname.lastname@example.org including your full name and request in the 'subject' line.
