Hepatitis B, Gardasil and Meningococcal Vaccines are not stocked in the Clinical Services. If an enrolled student has a prescription filled at a pharmacy, it can be administered in Clinical Services for a $10 administrative fee.
No third-party billing will be done to an insurance company.
HOW TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT:
- Contact Health Administrative Services at 610-683-4082, Option 2, then Option 2 again.
- Your eligibility will be determined and an appointment will be scheduled. A miscellaneous health center fee will appear on your KU account approximately one week after the vaccine has been administered.
If a student will not be 18 years old at the time a vaccine is administered, a parent or guardian must provide written permission for the administration of the vaccine. Download the form here.
