TB Testing

Students can obtain a TB test for $10.00 at the Health and Wellness Center during the following dates and times:

Students with last name A-L please attend:
February 12, 2013      9:00a.m. - 1:00p.m.     TEST GIVEN
                           AND
February 14, 2013     9:00a.m. - 1:00p.m.     RESULT CARD GIVEN

Students with last name M-Z please attend:
February 19, 2013     9:00a.m. - 1:00p.m.     TEST GIVEN
                          AND
February 21,2013     9:00a.m. - 1:00p.m.     RESULT CARD GIVEN

All Art Education majors must attend February 12th & 14th

***YOU MUST ATTEND BOTH DAYS AND HAVE A PHOTO ID WITH YOU***

• No preregistration is required
• No appointment necessary
• The Health and Wellness Center only offers TB tests during the clinics that are held at the beginning of each semester
• You can pay the $10.00 testing fee on-line or in the bursar's office after all testing has been completed.
