Health insurance coverage in now required for all Americans. If you are currently uninsured, the Affordable Care Act (ACA) provides many options for health insurance coverage. The Insurance Commissioner of Pennsylvania, Teresa D. Miller, has written the following LETTER TO COLLEGE STUDENTS in an effort to assist you with the process of choosing the right plan for you.
